Essential shop functions

For access requests, accounts, orders, pilot projects and appointments, the shop processes the contact and business details you enter. Essential session cookies enable secure login. These functions are independent of your decision about optional statistics.

Optional statistics with Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only if you select “Allow statistics”. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. We measure public pages and general shop areas, as well as successful access requests, account activations, additions to the cart, checkout starts and orders. For orders, item identifiers, quantities, amounts and an order reference are transmitted to avoid double counting. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, form contents, access tokens or account IDs to Analytics.

The statistics use a separate B2B configuration. Admin and warehouse pages, as well as login and activation URLs, are not transmitted as page views. Search text, URL parameters and the previous page path are not transmitted either. If you reach us through a known search engine, we transmit only its domain, without a search term or other URL details. Ad personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our integration.

Retention of user- and event-level data in our B2B property is set to two months. New activity does not automatically extend this period. Aggregated reports may remain available for longer.

When a connection is established, Google also technically receives your IP address and browser information. Information about processing by Google, including possible processing outside the EU, is available in Google’s privacy policy and the privacy information for Google Analytics 4.

Your choice and withdrawal

Without your consent, we do not load Google Analytics scripts or send statistics data to Google. Your decision is stored locally in this browser for up to six months. Statistics cookies with the “guya_b2b” prefix are limited to this B2B shop and expire after no more than 180 days. They are not shared with the Shopify shops. To avoid double counting purchases, up to 500 already counted order references are stored locally.

You can change your choice at any time through “Privacy settings”. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement and removes this shop’s statistics cookies and locally stored purchase counts. Data transmitted previously is not retroactively deleted as a result. You can use the full shop without optional statistics.
